Amy McCoy

Amy McCoy is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for the Engines Division at Rehlko since May 2024. With extensive experience at Caterpillar Inc. from October 2004 to May 2024, Amy held various leadership positions, including Director of HR & Legal Operations, where responsibilities encompassed strategic leadership for legal, security, communications, and governmental affairs teams across 21 countries. Previous roles included Senior Human Resources Manager supporting diverse business areas, Labor Relations Consultant focused on union strategies, and Training and Development Consultant providing training support at Caterpillar's manufacturing campus.
