Aruna Jha

Aruna Jha, PHR, GPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Director of Human Resources for Residential & Power Products at Rehlko since November 2022. Prior to this role, Aruna held various positions at Kohler Co., progressing from Human Resources Manager to Senior Global Human Resources Manager from February 2019 to November 2022. Earlier career experiences include serving as Corporate Director of Human Resources at Vista Care Inc., Director of Human Resources at Dutchland Plastics LLC, and roles at Regal Beloit Corporation and Johnson Controls. Aruna began the professional journey in education as a Special Education Teacher with Milwaukee Public Schools from 2003 to 2008. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor's degree in German Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, respectively.
