Brian O'Laughlin

Brian O'Laughlin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Senior Legal Director at Kohler Co. since April 2019, Brian has held multiple leadership roles in the legal field, including Senior Legal Director for Litigation, Regulatory & Legal Operations, and Legal Director for Litigation & Regulatory. Prior to joining Kohler Co., Brian worked as Senior Counsel at Wells Fargo and as an Attorney at McGuireWoods. Brian's early career includes positions as Staff Attorney for the Supreme Court of the Northern Mariana Islands and Associate Attorney at Erickson & Sederstrom, P.C. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University, along with a brief academic experience in Irish Literature at the University of Galway.
