Heeje Park

Heeje Park is a seasoned marketing and leadership professional currently serving as the Managing Director for Kitchen & Bath at Kohler Co., overseeing operations in Korea, Japan, and Mongolia since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Philips from July 2016 to December 2022, where Heeje held various senior positions, including General Manager for Personal Health in both Korea and Vietnam, driving over $200 million in sales. Previous experience at eBay involved leading a marketing team for the Korean market, managing a $160 million budget and significantly enhancing brand presence. Over a 15-year period at Procter & Gamble, Heeje contributed to considerable growth in ASEAN markets, driving marketing strategies for various brands and teams. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Yonsei University and time spent as an exchange student at Emory University.
