Juan Milian

Juan Milian has extensive experience in engineering within the chemical and plating industries, currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer for Kohler Co. since July 2019, focusing on plating, PVD, and water treatment. Prior experience includes roles at Spectrum Brands, Inc. as Engineering Plating Manager, where responsibilities included budget control and issue resolution, and as a Chemical Laboratory Coordinator, ensuring chemical quality in plating processes. Juan's background also features positions as Plating Process Engineer at Radiall, where continuous improvement projects were developed, and Laboratory and Quality Technician at ArcelorMittal, performing physicochemical analyses. Earlier, Juan contributed as a Research and Development Engineer at Instituto Tecnológico de Sonora, specializing in water treatment technologies. Juan holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Sonora, obtained in 2008.
