Robert Guthrie

Robert Guthrie is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in project management and materials research. At Kohler Co. since May 2015, Robert has progressed through roles from Mechanical Engineer to Senior Mechanical Project Engineer. Prior experience at A.O. Smith included materials co-op responsibilities, where Robert conducted research on sacrificial anodes and performed root cause analysis for water heater failures. Earlier, Robert served as a salesman at Dick Pond Athletics Inc., enhancing customer relationships and coaching teen runners. A graduate of Marquette University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robert possesses a strong foundation in both engineering principles and customer engagement.
