Ted Nikolai

Ted Nikolai is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Operations - Metals & Glass Americas at Kohler Co. Since joining Kohler Co. in March 2008, Ted has held multiple roles, including Plant Manager for Wisconsin Cast Iron and Manager of Manufacturing for Industrial Castings, overseeing key areas such as safety, quality, delivery, and lean manufacturing initiatives. Ted has a solid foundation in engineering, having previously worked as a Senior Process Engineer, Project Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University and Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, respectively.
