Christi Volk is an experienced Senior Operations Manager with a proven track record in managing the day-to-day operations of distribution teams at Kohl's and Target from 2012 to the present. At Kohl's, Christi directs operations while ensuring safety, business development, and financial target achievement, alongside budget standard implementation. Prior to Kohl's, Christi effectively managed operations at Target, focusing on quality assurance and compliance. Additionally, Christi has held leadership roles in the hospitality sector as a Hotel Operations Manager at Ameristar Casino, overseeing a luxury resort and hotel, and as an Assistant Store Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, excelling in project management and fiscal responsibility. Christi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the UNLV Lee Business School.
