Jill Schmitt

Jill Schmitt is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial leadership. Currently serving as SVP Finance and Controller at Kohl's since January 2020, Jill previously held the title of SVP Finance - FP&A at Fiserv and Director of Finance at Milwaukee Tool. Jill's career at Kohl's Department Stores spanned over a decade, where roles included Vice President of Finance for Planning and Strategy/Accounting Operations. Responsibilities across these positions encompassed financial reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, capital analysis, and supporting key company initiatives. Jill began their career as a Senior Accountant at Andersen and holds a MACC degree in Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business.
