Jordan Chacon

Jordan Chacon is a seasoned professional in loss prevention, currently serving as the Director of Loss Prevention - Investigations at Kohl's since September 2008. Jordan has spearheaded the development of a Centralized Investigations program that enhances operational efficiencies and leads a robust team dedicated to tackling Organized Retail Crime, internal fraud, and dishonest behaviors. Previous roles at Kohl's include Senior Manager of Loss Prevention Training & Investigations and Regional Director of Loss Prevention for various regions, where Jordan achieved significant reductions in shortage and improved theft prevention metrics. Earlier experience includes positions at Macy's East as Loss Prevention Detective III/Supervisor and at EXPRESS as Brand Sales Manager. Jordan holds two Bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.
