Joseph Sansevero

Joseph Sansevero, MBA, MSc, currently serves as the Data Science Manager for Pricing at Kohl's since August 2024. Previously, Joseph held the role of Data Science Manager at Fast Growing Trees from March 2023 to August 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing data science roadmaps and developing advanced modeling techniques such as CUPED variance reduction and pricing elasticity models. Prior experience includes managing applied data science and analytics for fintech and loyalty initiatives at Wayfair from January 2020 to March 2023, mentoring junior team members, and enhancing causal inference and forecasting modeling. Joseph started as a Senior Data Scientist and Senior Forecast Analyst at Wayfair, contributing to impactful forecasting models. Prior roles include Data Scientist at The Hartford as part of a leadership development program. Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Boston College and an MBA with a focus on Business Analytics from Quinnipiac University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the same institution.
