Kimberly Schutz

Kimberly Schutz is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in merchandising, having held significant roles at leading companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Merchandising at Kohl's since February 2020, Kimberly previously held the position of Vice President/GMM for Global Women's Apparel, Swim, Footwear, and Accessories at Lands' End from April 2016 to June 2019, and served as VP/DMM for Men's Sportswear at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. between June 2012 and November 2015. Kimberly's earlier career includes various positions at Kohl's, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Neiman Marcus, beginning as an Assistant Buyer in an Executive Development Program. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2000.
