Mallory Puscheck

Mallory Puscheck is a dedicated professional with experience in retail and brand management, currently serving as an Assistant Buyer for the Men's Active and Sport Footwear Department at Kohl's since July 2023. Previously, Puscheck held roles at Kohl's as a Corporate Brand Representative and Assistant Merchant Intern, where analytical skills were applied to create business reports and assist in product assortments. Puscheck has demonstrated leadership skills as the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Director of New Member Engagement for Alpha Gamma Delta, enhancing recruitment processes and new member retention. Additional experience includes roles in marketing and customer engagement at Carolyn Whitmore Studio and Greek House, as well as earlier positions in choreography and bakery operations. Puscheck holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business.
