Paul Jefferis

Paul Jefferis is an experienced maintenance professional with a robust background in facility management, maintenance operations, and mechanical troubleshooting. Currently serving as the Assistant Maintenance Manager at Kohl's, Paul has played a key role in opening a new E-Commerce Fulfillment Center and has implemented safety programs and preventive maintenance schedules while coordinating closely with operational teams. Previously, Paul was the Facilities Manager at Zulily, overseeing maintenance teams and ensuring operational success through effective project management and preventive maintenance planning. Prior to this, Paul served in the US Marine Corps as a Helicopter Mechanic, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and repairing complex helicopter systems, leading a team of Marines, and conducting inspections. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Washington & Jefferson College.
