Temia Balogun

Temia Balogun is an experienced professional in loss prevention and assets protection, currently serving as the Territory VP Loss Prevention for Kohl's since May 2024. Prior to this role, Temia worked at Burlington Stores, Inc. from May 2014 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading the AP program across 255 stores and significantly improving shortage culture and team engagement. Temia also held various positions at Target from July 2004 to March 2014, including Store Team Leader and Senior Investigations Team Leader, developing strategies to manage teams and minimize risks. Temia holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at Arlington.
