Tyler Weber

Tyler Weber is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Kohl's since January 2007, Tyler spearheads the company's nationwide talent acquisition strategy and execution. Previous roles at Kohl's include Vice President of Centralized Staffing, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR communications and high-volume staffing for over 1,100 store locations and multiple centers, as well as various director-level positions overseeing recruitment operations and HR business partner functions. Prior to Kohl's, Tyler held roles at Schwarz Pharma and Aerotek, gaining valuable recruitment and HR management experience. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
