Nick Larche

Nick Larche has held multiple roles in talent acquisition and people operations throughout their career. Nick started as the Head of Talent at Unanet in 2020, overseeing talent acquisition and development. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of People Operations at Ombud from 2018 to 2020, where they managed the full range of people operations. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at EMS Software, supporting business units in talent acquisition and performance management. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Prodege, LLC, where they provided support to a 100-person workforce.

Nick Larche holds a Bachelor's degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. Nick later pursued a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Detroit Mercy from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Social Talent Black Belt in Diversity & Inclusion, both in 2017.
