Sian Leaker

Sian Leaker is a seasoned professional in customer and project management, currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at Koho since October 2025. With a strong background that includes roles such as Client Partner and Account Director at Everybody Agency, Program Director at Koho.ai, and Chief Development Officer at Thameside, Sian has extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project delivery. Prior positions include Head of Strategy & Planning at RocketMill and Business Change Manager at BBC, where Sian successfully managed large-scale change programs and digital project initiatives. Sian holds a BA(Hons) in Social Policy and Administration from the University of Portsmouth, along with multiple certifications in program management and change management.
