Monika Aufdermauer has a diverse work experience in customer experience and leadership roles. Monika is currently working at KOHO as the VP of User Success since April 2022. Earlier in their career, Monika had roles at SalesFloor.it as an Advisor from July 2014 to July 2016 and at SupportSpace as the Senior Manager of Expert Community and Operations from May 2010 to October 2013, where they led a team and managed a significant budget while growing an independent IT support community.
