Vicki Thompson

Vicki Thompson is the Head of People & Culture at KOHO, where Vicki leads the Coaching & Development team to drive performance and engagement through various coaching methods and learning content creation. Vicki has a background in leadership coaching and consulting, as well as experience in customer strategy, marketing, and competitive intelligence from previous roles at Weston Foods, ACE Bakery, Shaw Communications, and Mars. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Queen's University and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Co-Active Training Institute.
