Tom Hibbard

Tom Hibbard currently serves as Principal at JOIN CAPITAL, focusing on investments in enterprise B2B within the industrial sector, particularly in deeptech and AI businesses. As a Director and Investor at SAI, Tom contributes to enhancing retail security and operational efficiency through machine vision AI. In addition, Tom advises and invests in FlatPeak, an energy data platform. Previously, Tom held leadership roles at Fuel Ventures, NextGen, and FINBOURNE Technology, demonstrating extensive experience in early-stage investment and business development. Tom co-founded Claritex, which was acquired by Nasdaq, and has interned at various financial institutions. Tom holds a BA in Economics from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
