Rita Nagui

Rita Nagui is a Product Design Intern at Koinz since August 2025, specializing in product design and UX research. Previously, from May 2023 to August 2025, Rita worked as a Freelance Linguist and CUI Designer on Upwork, where chatbot development and evaluation of style transfer models were primary responsibilities. As a Quality Analyst at Invisible from July 2023 to October 2024, Rita conducted quality checks on training data to ensure standards were met and, in the role of Advanced AI Data Trainer, fine-tuned AI systems using curated data and implemented reinforcement learning techniques. Rita's experience also includes working as a Conversational AI Designer for TensorGraph.io and Fluido.ai, where designing conversational flows for AI interfaces was a key focus. Rita earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language, Linguistics, Translation, and Literature with High Honors from Misr International University, complemented by a Minor in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
