DEAN GOLDMAN

Dean Goldman has work experience in various roles in the field of AI engineering, machine learning engineering, software engineering, and data engineering.

DEAN worked as an AI Engineer/Machine Learning Engineer at Koios Medical starting from 2021.

Prior to that, they worked at Samsung Ads as a Software Engineer/Data Engineer from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they were the lead engineer and developer of analytics reporting software, responsible for providing essential insights for Samsung Ads' KPIs. DEAN contributed to various areas including analytics/data science and engineering, utilizing technologies such as AWS Redshift, Athena, Glue, Lambda, S3, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Airflow, Docker, and Kubernetes. DEAN also authored the in-house codebase for task queuing algorithms, event scheduling, and storage of reporting measurements.

In 2018, Dean worked as a Data Scientist Teaching Assistant at NYC Data Science Academy. DEAN'sresponsibilities included reviewing topics and best practices in statistics, machine learning algorithms, programming in R and Python, data mining, and data storage. DEAN also developed a visualization tool to supplement the academy's course on Support Vector Machines and K-Means Clustering in R.

Dean Goldman has a diverse educational background. In 2010, they attended the Rhode Island School of Design and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree, majoring in Painting. In 2017, Dean pursued a Diploma in Python Programming from the NYU School of Professional Studies. In 2018, they attended the NYC Data Science Academy for an unspecified degree. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, Dean is enrolled at the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, working towards a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science.
