Minna Laatikainen

Minna Laatikainen has a comprehensive background in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Kojamo Oyj since June 2017, where responsibilities include providing HR guidance, talent management, and enhancing company culture. Prior to this role, Minna worked as an HR Specialist, managing a variety of HR tasks, and also held positions as an HR Coordinator at VVO-yhtymä Oyj and an HR & Administration Assistant at Paroc. Earlier experience includes a stint as an AP Accountant at Fazer. Minna holds a Master of Science in Management and Organizations and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizations from Lappeenranta University of Technology, complemented by an ERASMUS exchange program at the University of Stuttgart.
