Sanna Oikarinen

Sanna Oikarinen is an experienced Human Resources specialist with a focus on compensation and benefits, HR reporting, and HRIS. Currently, Sanna is employed at Kojamo Oyj since September 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating outsourced payroll processes and managing HR reporting. Previous positions at Kojamo Oyj included a temporary assignment in 2020-2021, as well as roles at Euroclear Finland, SOS Children's Villages Finland, Geological Survey of Finland, and Kesko, accumulating a diverse set of skills in HR management and coordination. Early career experiences include roles as an assistant and administrative support, alongside a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Lapland.
