Ville Raitio

Ville Raitio is the current Chief Investment Officer at Kojamo. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Head of Direct Property for Nordics at Aberdeen Standard Investments from April 2013 to January 2019. Before that, they were a Partner, Investments at ATP Real Estate from April 2007 to March 2013. Additionally, they served as the Research Director and Research Manager at INREV from September 2004 to March 2007. Their earliest role was as Project Manager at RAKLI from January 2000 to December 2004.

Ville Raitio has an Executive MBA from Aalto University Executive Education Ltd, a Chartered Financial Analyst Program from CFA Institute, a Professional Development Program in Real Estate Finance (M. Sc. level) from Hanken School of Economics, and a Master's degree in Management Science from Helsinki School of Economics.
