Luke Pacconi has a diverse work experience in various creative roles. Luke is currently the Group Creative Director at KOJO, where they lead the creative strategy, marketing campaigns, and brand building for clients in the sports industry. Luke's experience at PwC Australia involved roles as a Creative Strategist, Senior Art Director, Art Director, and Senior Graphic Designer, where they led creative direction, managed projects, and mentored junior resources. Luke also worked at Capgemini as a Visual Designer & Facilitator, conducting design sessions and visualizing ideas for clients undergoing organizational change. Earlier in their career, Luke was a Graphic Designer at Short Fuse, assisting in the development of print and digital materials. Throughout their career, Luke has worked with notable clients such as FIFA, AFL, NBL, Cricket Australia, Adidas, and PwC Global.

Luke Pacconi attended Parade Christian Brothers College from 2001 to 2006, where they completed their VCE. Luke then went on to LCI Melbourne - Institute of Higher Education from 2007 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Design Arts with a specialization in Graphic Design.
