Allyson Stewart has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Allyson is currently working at Ford Motor Company as a Design Strategy Lead, focusing on electrification and digital product design for electric vehicles and the grid. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Business Designer and Senior Business Designer at D-Ford, where they used strategic thinking and human-centered design to develop new ventures, products, and services. Additionally, Allyson co-founded and served as the CEO of Kojo, a plant-based jerky company. Allyson also worked as a Business Design Consultant at Wherewithal, supporting innovation for tech clients and startups through data analysis and research. In their past roles, they held positions at Nestlé as a Marketing Associate, Kellogg Company as an MBA Consultant, Heartland Alliance for Human Needs & Human Rights as a Digital Strategy Manager and Communications Coordinator, DIY Takeout as a Co-Founder, Women's Initiative as a Research & Public Policy Fellow, La Cocina as a Marketing and Translation Volunteer, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a Business Analyst.

Allyson Stewart holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Policy from Stanford University. Allyson also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. In addition, they obtained a certificate in Mandarin Language from Beijing Language and Culture University, which they completed between 2007 and 2008. Allyson has also obtained additional certifications in design thinking, including "Foundations in Design Thinking," "From Ideas to Action," and "Insights for Innovation" from IDEO U.
