Kristina Rais

Kristina Rais has extensive work experience in the field of HR and management. Kristina most recently served as the Deputy CEO at KOKOC GROUP since December 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Global HR Director at CityAds Media from May 2013 to May 2017. Kristina also served as a Labor lawyer/Key HR manager at Worldwide Incorporation Services from August 2012 to July 2013, and as a Key HR manager/Group Head at Kelly Services from August 2011 to August 2012. Before that, Kristina worked as an HR manager at Eastward Capital from June 2010 to July 2011, and as an HR specialist at City of London Options Ltd. from March 2009 to May 2010. Kristina began their career as a Specialist in HR documentation control at the State Archive of the Russian Federation from May 2007 to September 2008.

Kristina Rais obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Corporate law from Peoples Friendship University in the years 2006-2010. Kristina then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law from People's Friendship University between 2011 and 2013. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of London. In addition to their legal education, they earned an Associate's degree in Psychology from the State University of Management in 2012-2013.
