Jonathan Bonghi

Jonathan Bonghi, PE, is an experienced professional in traffic design, analysis, and operations, currently serving as the Alternative Delivery Manager at Kokosing since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions including Traffic/Transportation Project Manager at VHB from July 2018 to October 2023, Senior Transportation Engineer at Rinker Design Associates, P.C. from November 2014 to July 2018, and Traffic Engineering Consultant at EBA Engineering from September 2013 to November 2014, where involvement included a traffic signal design and maintenance program for VDOT Fredericksburg District. Earlier in the career, Jonathan worked as a Traffic Engineer for the Virginia Department of Transportation and served as a Civil Associate at Michael Baker Jr. Inc. Jonathan began the professional journey as a summer intern at Trans Associates in 2004. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation and Highway Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 2005.
