James Mayer

James Mayer has a broad range of work experience, spanning several industries and roles. James currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Kokua Education. Prior to that, they worked at Brill, Inc. as the Vice President of Commercial Operations, where they were responsible for strategy, marketing, customer service, sales enablement, and project management. Before that, they held positions at CSM Bakery Solutions, CHEP, and Recall, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved significant results in areas such as commercial excellence, customer service, and sales effectiveness. James also had experience at Microlease and RCL Ltd, where they managed key accounts and gained valuable expertise in rental services and account management. Overall, their work experience showcases their ability to drive growth, improve operations, and lead teams to success.

James Mayer attended Solihull School from 1986 to 1993, where they studied Business Studies, History, and English. James then went on to attend The University of Reading from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Hons (BSc) degree in Land Management. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Conceptual Selling from Miller Heiman Europe GmbH in November 2014, Green Belt from the Six Sigma Management Institute by Dr. Mikel J. Harry in September 2007, Large Account Management Process from Miller Heiman Europe GmbH in November 2006, Strategic Selling from Miller Heiman Europe GmbH in November 2006, and Project Management from Kepner-Tregoe in July 2005.
