David Blagg

David Blagg has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David has held various roles in different companies. Starting from their earliest experience, they worked as a Line Worker at United Biscuits from 1989 to 1997, then moved on to become a Plant Line Manager from 1997 to 2001. David then took on the role of Area Manager at United Biscuits from 2001 to 2008, where they led projects to improve production efficiency and capacity.

In 2010, David joined Weetabix as a Business Unit Operations Manager, where they had full operational accountability for two production facilities. David successfully implemented lean manufacturing techniques and oversaw change management programs. David remained with Weetabix until 2017.

David Blagg also has experience with Fenmarc Produce, where they served as the Head of Operations from 2018 to 2019. During their time there, they successfully managed and led the operations of the company.

In 2019, David joined Gosh! Food Ltd as the Director of Operations. David also held the role of Operations Manager, where they oversaw operations until 2021.

David later became the Head of Operations (Interim) at GREENCORE from 2021 to 2022, before moving on to their current role as Plant Director at Europe Snacks UK in 2022.

David Blagg attended Burnage High School from 1979 to 1986. After that, they enrolled at the University of Central Lancashire from 1986 to 1988, where they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Finally, in 2014 to 2016, David attended Cranfield University to complete their MSc degree in Operations Excellence.
