Eray BALAT, MBA, PSM I have an extensive work experience in the technology sector. Eray started their career in 2005 as a Software Engineer at Oyak Teknoloji. In 2012, they moved to IBM as an ICS Brand Technical Manager and then to IBTECH as a Senior Software Architect in the same year. In 2014, they joined Fiba Group as an Enterprise Architect and then moved to Fibabanka as Head of Digital Banking Development & Analysis Unit, where they were responsible for all integrations of Core Banking System, working closely with System/Network and DBMS teams, and managing relationships with vendor companies. In 2020, they joined KolayBi' as CTO.

Eray BALAT holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Istanbul Bilgi University, which they obtained in 2008. Eray earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering from the Izmir Institute of Technology in 2004. Eray also holds a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification.
