David Z. has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. David started their career as a Corporate HR Manager at KKW Trucking, Inc., where they led the HR department and conducted various investigations related to workplace issues. David then moved on to Hilton Hotel Corporation as a Director of Human Resources, responsible for all HR aspects and maintaining alignment with the company's Affirmative Action Plan.

After that, David joined Fujitsu Ten, North America as an HR Manager/General Affairs/Operations, where they served as a strategic member of the management team and oversaw recruitment, compensation, benefits, and compliance with HR regulations. David also managed HR functions for multiple locations and facilitated training and team development.

Following their tenure at Fujitsu Ten, David worked at Re/Max Signature Properties as a Director of Human Resources and COO, where they initiated and maintained all HR activities and developed a recruitment and retention plan.

Next, David joined D&D Investigations & Surveillance as a Human Resources Director, responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, staffing forecasting, and payroll.

David then moved on to SingerLewak LLP as a Director of Human Resources, where they planned, coordinated, and controlled all HR activities and ensured compliance with employment, safety, and labor relations policies.

Currently, David is working at KBS Realty Advisors as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations and strategic initiatives.

David Z. completed their education at Chapman University. David first earned an Associate's degree in Sociology and an Associate's degree in Psychology in 2000. David then continued their studies and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organizational Leadership in the same year. Moving forward, David pursued further education at Chapman University and achieved a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership as well as a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resources Management, completing both degrees in 2002.
