Jeff Waldvogel

Mr. Waldvogel serves as chief financial officer of KBS, a nationally recognized real estate investment advisory firm. Mr. Waldvogel is responsible for the financial management, accounting and reporting of KBS public and institutional investment funds and is a member of the KBS Investment Committee that reviews and approves all new investments for the firm. Mr. Waldvogel has over 19 years of financial and accounting experience in the real estate industry.

Mr. Waldvogel is a member of the Executive Committee which is responsible for advising on the general operations and strategic planning for the company.

Prior to KBS, Mr. Waldvogel was a senior manager with Ernst & Young in the Assurance Services Group. During his eight years at Ernst & Young, Mr. Waldvogel performed or supervised various auditing engagements, including the audit of financial statements presented in accordance with GAAP, as well as financial statements prepared on a tax basis. These auditing engagements were for clients in a variety of industries, with a significant focus on clients in the real estate industry.

Mr. Waldvogel received a Master of Accountancy degree and Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Mr. Waldvogel is a certified public accountant licensed in California.
