Mike Kollath

Mike Kollath is an accomplished entrepreneur and financial expert, currently serving as the founder of Palladium Tax Advisory CPA LLC, which offers comprehensive tax planning and preparation services for clients. In addition to this role, Kollath founded Kollath & Associates, CPA LLC, providing accounting, tax, human resources, and payroll solutions for individuals and businesses. As Board Chair of Madison Development Corporation, Kollath contributes to economic growth by facilitating loans and affordable housing in Dane County. Co-founding SustainableHR PEO LLC and BananaVOIP, Kollath supports small to mid-sized companies with professional employer services and cost-effective VOIP solutions, respectively. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for Emergency Physicians Insurance Exchange RRG and K2M Insurance Management, along with significant positions at PIC Wisconsin and the Henry Vilas Park Zoological Society. Kollath holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
