Elger Lambert is a seasoned entrepreneur and product expert with extensive experience in software development and online services. As the Co-founder and Head of Product at kollekt.fm since March 2016, Elger curates in-store music by emerging artists for businesses. Elger also founded Brightland in July 2012, a software company that guides startups through the entire development process of online services. Previously, Elger served as a mentor at Rockstart Accelerator and co-founded Shareworks, which focuses on online learning environments. Early career roles include development and project coordination at Hostnet BV and graduate work at Exact, alongside active involvement in awareness initiatives for rheumatism through Paul in Spandex.nl. Elger holds a Master’s degree in Information Architecture, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, and a minor in Imagination from Delft University of Technology, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from American Community School in Cobham.
