Nancy Viemeister

Nancy Viemeister is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management and service roles across multiple establishments. Currently serving as Owner Services Manager and previously holding the positions of Food and Beverage Manager and Food and Beverage Supervisor at Koloa Landing Resort since November 2018, Nancy has also worked as a Restaurant Manager at Hilton and as a FOH Manager at C&O Cucina. Other notable roles include Catering & Banquet Manager at Border Grill and Front of House Manager at Back on the Beach Cafe. Educationally, Nancy Viemeister holds a BA in Theatre from Radford University and has completed advanced acting certificates from both the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts and the Ruskin School of Acting.
