Matt Chism

Matt Chism has over 25 years of experience in sales and business development. Matt began their career in 1996 as an Inside Sales Associate at FranklinCovey. Matt then progressed to Area Director, Northwest, Senior Client Partner, and Managing Director, North, Western Region. In 2018, they became Vice President of Sales at BlueIQ, where they helped clients optimize their practice systems. In 2020, they became Chief Revenue Officer at Avolta, where they provided sustainable-living solutions to homeowners and companies. Since 2022, they have been Vice President of Sales at KOLOGIK, where they create technology-based public safety solutions.
