Paul is a proven leader in the critical communications sector with more than ten years of experience in project management of quality assurance, product development and technical support teams. His contributions to the continued growth and maintenance of the Louisiana Civil and Criminal Information Exchange, which encompasses 400+ criminal justice agencies and 700+ information sources in the state of Louisiana, as well as the Louisiana computerized criminal history, provide further success for the program.

Before joining KOLOGIK, Paul worked for Thinkstream Inc helping build and deploy law enforcement applications. Prior to that, he worked at WebTrends Corporation as a quality assurance manager where he was responsible for building a team, implementing various quality assurance-related programs and developing test methodologies for new products.
