Nithin Mohan

Nithin Mohan has over 14 years of professional experience in the field of recruitment and account management. Nithin began their career in 2005 as an IT Recruiter for Comcast Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they identified candidates that fit the requirement from various sources like internal database, job portals, and references. In 2006, they moved to Avion Systems as a Senior Technical Recruiter, handling full cycle recruiting activities. In 2010, they joined Take Solutions Global LLP (SEI-CMMi) as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they had experience in life cycle recruiting activities and IT Recruitment (US Process). In 2011, they joined GAVS as a Senior Technical Recruiter, working with hiring managers on all staffing related issues. In 2012, they became an Account Coordinator for VIVA USA INC. In 2014, they moved to Newt Global Consulting, LLC as an Account Management / Recruitment Delivery. Currently, Nithin is an Account Manager / VP Operation at KolorBlue Solutions.

Nithin Mohan attended Sri Sankara Arts and Science College from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a B.sc in Computer Science. Nithin then attended the University of Madras from 2006 to 2007, obtaining an M.sc IT in Computer Science. Lastly, they attended Alagappa University from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an MBA in HR.
