Ankit Kothari

Ankit Kothari has a diverse work experience in the real estate and financial sectors. Ankit currently holds the position of Head - Asset Management and VP - Strategy at Kolte-Patil Developers Limited. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Portman Advisory at Portman Holdings for four years. Ankit also worked as a Manager at Godrej Fund Management in Godrej Properties Limited. Ankit began their career as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman-Analyst at Panoramic Universal Limited. Additionally, Ankit gained experience in investment banking as an Assistant Manager at Khandwala Securities Ltd., where they were involved in various stages of IPO, FPO, and M&A activities. Ankit also worked as a Research Trainee, where they assisted in tracking the power sector and preparing financial reports.
