Chris Bryant

Chris Bryant is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at The Kolter Group since June 2022, Chris previously held roles as a Senior Project Manager at Structor Group and a Project Executive at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC. Earlier experience includes positions as a Project Manager at BDR Partners and JE Dunn Construction, where responsibilities encompassed managing budgets, costs, schedules, and overseeing specialty contractors for commercial and healthcare construction projects. Chris began the career as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer at R.J. Griffin & Company/J.E. Dunn Construction.
