Alexis Cole has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Her most recent position is Managing Director at Kolter Solutions, a role they have held since 2019. In this role, they lead the business's sales and recruiting efforts and is responsible for determining the strategic direction and objectives of the company. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Recruiting at Kolter Solutions, and before that they were a Recruiting Consultant at HealthCare Support. Alexis also held the roles of Store Manager and Sales Manager- EDP Program at Charyli and Macy's respectively. In each of these roles, they were responsible for various tasks such as leading the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition tactics, managing inventory levels, and coaching and developing teams.
