Debra Ferwerda

Debra Ferwerda has over 20 years of work experience. Debra began their career in 1996 as an Assistant State Attorney at the Orange County State Attorney's Office. In 1999, they became a Founding Partner and Practicing Attorney at Jacobson, Chmelir and Ferwerda. In 2015, they became the CEO, General Counsel, and Principal Owner of Kolter Solutions, a professional staffing company certified as a women’s business enterprise through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). In this role, they provide guidance for the company's legal affairs, company policy, contractual obligations, corporate affairs, compliance, and employment law.

Debra Ferwerda received their Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University College of Law in 1996. Debra also attended Florida State University in 1991.
