Carmen Rosillo

Carmen Rosillo is a seasoned entrepreneur and operations leader currently serving as Co-founder and COO at Koltin since March 2021. Prior to this role, Carmen was a Project Manager at Openn Inclusive Design for a brief period in early 2021 and co-founded Bamba, where responsibilities included Operations and Head of Customer Services from February 2016 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Operations at Impact MX from November 2015 to April 2016, and as Gerente de Administración y Finanzas at New Ventures México from September 2011 to October 2015, contributing to environmental and social business acceleration. Additionally, Carmen worked as a Freelance Consultant for social enterprises and agricultural SMEs from 2009 to 2011, focusing on fundraising and project management.
