Bernard Chevalier

Bernard Chevalier currently serves as Chief of Staff and a Board Member at Koltiva, providing strategic advice and driving operational excellence since August 2017. Previously, Bernard held various leadership roles at SBB CFF FFS from 2015 to February 2023, including Head of Department for Production Engineering Components, Comfort and HVAC-Systems, and Bogies and Interior Design, overseeing large interdisciplinary teams and implementing continuous improvement practices through Kaizen. Earlier experience includes positions at Nencki Ltd. Railway Technology, Stoppani AG, and INFOTECH AUTOMATION, focusing on production management and technical support. Bernard holds an EMBA in International Management from Berner Fachhochschule BFH, a Kaizen/Lean Management certificate from Shingijutsu, and a degree in Systemtechnik, Automation from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.
