Seto Kuslaksono is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and IT management. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Koltiva since January 2023, Seto has previously held the same position at goKampus and led the IT division at Mister Aladin. With a comprehensive skill set in software development, team management, and project execution, Seto has successfully overseen teams of over 50 professionals, optimized system infrastructures, and mentored engineers for professional growth. Seto's technical expertise includes transitioning applications to micro-services architecture, implementing continuous integration systems, and enhancing backend systems using various programming languages and frameworks. Educationally, Seto holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from BINUS University.
