Neil MacNeil Ieng Msoe Miplante

Neil MacNeil IEng MSOE MIPlantE is an experienced PDI Production Manager at Komatsu Australia since September 2012, overseeing a diverse team to ensure Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT) for mining, construction, and utility machinery. Previous roles include Production Supervisor and Leading Hand, where Neil was responsible for managing production schedules, resource allocation, and safety standards. Prior experience includes serving in the British Army - REME as an Equipment Care Engineer and Production Manager, managing both military tradesmen and vehicle fleets. Neil holds a BTEC HND in Automotive Engineering from the School of Electronic & Mechanical Engineering and possesses various certifications including Basic Rigger and Mining Supervisor.
