Prior to this, Adam was the President & CEO of Red Wing Construction Company from November 2016 to January 2023, overseeing diverse construction projects and the firm’s growth in the commercial and industrial sectors. Adam's experience also includes roles such as Regional Sales Manager at Barracuda, Solution Specialist at Dell, and Vice President of Sales at Ncell Systems, with a strong emphasis on technology solutions and infrastructure management. Adam holds a degree in Service Management with an emphasis for profit from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
